FREESYLE FITNESS YOGA beginners welcome

FREESYLE FITNESS YOGA is a fitness programme that incorporates deep stretch, Yoga postures and Pilates exercise. every element of FFY is validated from a fitness perspective and anyone taking part can expect to improve their flexibility greatly in 8 weeeks.

FFY is not a spiritual experience, there is no dogma, chanting or philosophy, it mimics Yoga in its breathing and style offering postures that endorse strength and stability.

FFY is an excellent prescription for a total body program where flexibility is often the weakest link and FFY is suitable for all age ranges and abilities.

Mat hire is now £1.00 per class.


A 55 minute class put together with a great playlist which changes every 6 weeks. Power Hour incorporates strength, cardiovascular and core to give you a complete all over body workout.


Do not be put off by the name, Fightclub will be a fun fuelled workout suitable for everyone, working in pairs for theboxing technique sections and the skipping can be substituted with a low impact alternative.

If you want to sign up with a friend and always partner them that's absolutely fine.

There will be pad work but the goal is to work on spead and technique keeping the contact light and both partners safe at all times.

Don't worry about upper body strength the aim of fight club is to increase your overall fitness and strength whilst having a fantastic time.

The class is based on intervals so if you need a rest there is plenty of opportunity to catch your beath, get a drink or soak up the atmosphere which will be buzzing!

I have been teaching boxing fit, boxercise and fight club since 1994 and I'm always updating the workout drills so you get the best results and enjoy every second of it!


An aerobic class "on wheels". Participants use the stationary cycle to simulate a real world bicycle obstacle course, complete with hills, valleys, sprints, etc.

An intense aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns 30 - 60 % more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. Power Step is a higher intensity variation of a traditional step class, using more complex choreography.
